Original steps
- After peeling the green beans, soak them in water for half an hour, then pour out the water and repeat the soaking process once more, then drain thoroughly.
- Prepare a pot by adding the oil, green beans, and the small grated onion over low heat, then add the vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and water.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing small onion juice, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, salt, pepper, cumin, and half a teaspoon of sugar, stirring the mixture well with a wooden spoon.
- Once cooked, mix the green beans thoroughly with the sauce and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
