Original steps

  1. Blend the onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, vinegar, and garlic in a blender.
  2. Place the blended vegetable mixture in a cooking pot with oil or ghee and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the broth seasoned with salt and pepper and bring to a boil.
  4. Add the okra and reduce the heat until the okra is tender.
