Original steps

  1. Remove the outer green leaves, then trim the sides and the bottom; cut off the top and divide the artichoke into halves or quarters.
  2. Immediately place them in water with added lemon juice or vinegar to prevent them from turning brown.
  3. Boil the artichokes in boiling water with added salt and lemon juice.
  4. Once cooked, prepare a bowl and combine the oil, juice of one lemon, salt, pepper, and minced garlic, stirring the mixture well to thicken it.
  5. Season the boiled artichokes with this mixture and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

This is a V0 document: the original ingredients and steps from fifi.cooking, with quantities parsed from the text where possible. No step has been classified, measured or verified, so a device assigns every step to a person and refuses to cook it alone (RFC-0009). It becomes V1 when a reviewed process graph replaces the steps.
