Original steps

  1. Slice the potatoes into somewhat thick rounds and leave them soaking in water with salt and vinegar.
  2. Slice the onions into thin rings and rub them well with salt and pepper; slice the green pepper into rings and mince the garlic.
  3. Cut the meat or chicken into pieces and season with salt and pepper (this step is optional).
  4. Heat oil in a pot, add the onion rings and minced garlic, and sauté until the moisture has evaporated.
  5. Add the meat cubes or chicken pieces and sauté them with the onion and garlic until fully browned.
  6. Add the pepper rings and stir once, then pour in the tomato juice or the tomato paste diluted with water, and bring to a boil.
  7. Prepare a greased baking tray and layer the potatoes alternately with the meat or chicken mixture of onion, garlic, pepper, and tomato.
  8. Pour water over the vegetables according to the amount of potatoes and season with salt and pepper; top with small tomato slices and 1 tablespoon of oil.
  9. Cover the tray and place it in a medium-heat oven; before it is fully cooked, remove the cover so the potatoes can absorb the remaining liquid.

This is a V0 document: the original ingredients and steps from fifi.cooking, with quantities parsed from the text where possible. No step has been classified, measured or verified, so a device assigns every step to a person and refuses to cook it alone (RFC-0009). It becomes V1 when a reviewed process graph replaces the steps.
